Minimoog Synthesizer Reparatur Service. Mein Kunde wollte eine Komplett-Durchsicht seines heiß geliebten Minimoog. Es paar Tasten spielten nicht sauber, die meisten Regler und Schalter kratzten. Und der Audioausgang funktionierte nicht.

Die Tastaturelektronik war völlig korrodiert. Die "Bus-Bars" waren oxidiert, ließen sich aber gut wieder reinigen. Die einzelnen, kleinen Kontaktfederen waren da schon etwas aufwendiger zu reinigen. Aber letztendlich ließ sich die Komplette Tastatur und deren Steckverbinder gut reinigen.
The keyboard electronics were completely corroded. The "bus bars" were oxidized, but were easy to clean again. The individual, small contact springs were a bit more difficult to clean. But in the end the entire keyboard and its connectors could be cleaned well.

Die Elkos, besonders die aus dem Netzteil, waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier habe ich alle Elkos, die nicht im Audioweg verbaut waren, getauscht. Elkos im Audioweg habe ich gemessen und gegen hochwertige Audio-Elkos getauscht.
The electrolytic capacitors, especially those from the power supply unit, were getting on in years. Here I have swapped all electrolytic capacitors that were not installed in the audio path. I measured the electrolytic capacitors in the audio path and exchanged them for high-quality audio electrolytic capacitors.

Die Potis (Drehschalter und Schalter) wurden, wenn überhaupt, schon lange nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt. Das ist etwas aufwendig, lohnt sich aber. Da sich dadurch nicht nur die Stimmstabilität deutlich verbessert. Auch das Filter reagiert präziser.
The potentiometers (rotary switches and switches) have not been cleaned thoroughly for a long time, if at all. This is a bit time-consuming, but it is worth it. Because this not only improves the tuning stability significantly. The filter also reacts more precisely.
