Repair Roland SH101 Analog Synthesizer simple midification
Roland SH-101 MIDI. I added a tiny midi pcb inside the Roland SH-101. The CV input jack is now deactivated and used as midi in. The HOLD jack is used as a switch using a relay. Insert a plug and it plays to midi, unplug and it plays normal. I also discovered that the pitch/bend wheel was broken. Fortunately I could glue this successfully with epoxy glue. Here`s a quick session I made with this new midi connection and ableton live.
There are lethal voltage exposed in electronic devices. Unless you know what you are doing, don’t try this. If you following along, you doing so at your own risk.
