This Cheetah MD16 had a battery damage. Fortunately there was not too much damage. Most damage happened to a bunch of components,

I cleaned up that area, pcb, contacts, switches. I replaced "weak" electrolytics, rectifiers and the regulator.

It turned into a complete restoration. See full picture story below.
