Electro Small Stone Phaser Stomp Box in with no function at all. After open it up I quickly recognized the burned 47OHM resistor right at the input of the power supply.
I replaced that resitor, recapped it (it was only 4 electrolytics) and the unit worked again.
There are lethal voltage exposed in electronic devices. Unless you know what you are doing, don’t try this. If you following along, you doing so at your own risk.
