Hourly Rate &
Repair Estimates
My hourly rate is €70. For larger projects, I am happy to work together with my customers to establish a realistic budget that is acceptable for both parties.
Due to the individual condition of each instrument and the often limited availability of spare parts, it is generally not possible to provide a repair estimate in advance.
Repair Success &
Diagnostic Charges
If a repair attempt is unsuccessful, a diagnostic and repair attempt fee of €70 plus return shipping costs will be charged.

Repairs are generally carried out in the order in which they are received following prior agreement. Turnaround times can vary considerably depending on the nature of the fault, workload and spare parts availability.

Acceptance Policy
I accept repair orders and shipments from EU countries only and exclusively after prior contact. Smaller instruments may be shipped, while larger or particularly valuable instruments should ideally be delivered in person.
